4 stars when the software works; 1 star for the bait-and-switch business model. I've used this company's products for a few years now, and it does often work as advertised. And then it stops working and you find out you need to upgrade to a new version that works with your current MacOS. EXCEPT … that version is no longer made; it's now called something else.
In this case, if I try to re-download my purchased copy of 'Tuneskit Apple Music Converter' - which stopped working for me under the latest version of High Sierra and has no further upgrades - what was downloaded instead via the same link was 'DRM Audio Converter.' Which is NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. It requires a new license, although the company doesn't say anything about that, nor are there any upgrade paths from previous products.
And the lifetime upgrade they promised me when I bought the previous product? GONE.
The truth is, these hucksters keep changing their product names every year or two so that your registration number no longer works. In this case I've gone from 'DRM Media Remover' to 'Apple Music Converter' and now it's called 'DRM Audio Remover.' Time to move on …
